THE SECOND EAST COST LITHUANIAN SOCCER TOURNAMENT
                                 Commemorating Lithuania’s Millennium.!!!


   The first east Coast Tournament occurred in 2004 also in Philadelphia, after nearly a 30 lapse. This, the Second East Coast Tournament, just as was the First one, is not a tournament for professional teams, but rather for teams/players who love the soccer, who love competing, who what to meet old friends, make new friends-----but most of all who want to see soccer grow and become another viable sport in all Lithuanian Communities. 

If you do not have a team. NO PROBLEM !!! Come any way!!! We guarantee that you WILL play on a team!!!

Everyone is invited to attend -----to see great competition, to commemorate Lithuania’s millennium, to partake in a great historical event. Plenty of Lithuanian beer and food will be serves !!  A Great time for all !!!

WHEN:     Saturday, May 30,2009, starting  at  10:00 am

REGISTRATION:    $250.00 per team. Names of teams and players must be submit no
                              later than May 16, 2009. Checks should be written to:

 All registered players will receive a FREE tournament t-shirt and a FREE ticket to the evening’s reception at the Lithuanian Music Hall.

RULES:    
1. the playing field will be half the regular size
2. each team will have 6 players and a goalie
3. each team can have ONLY 2 non Lithuanian  players
4. there will be two 20 minute halves with a 5 minute intermission    between halves
5. unlimited substitutions
6. one referee per game


PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES. THIS IS PART OF THE CONTRACT THAT WE SIGNED WITH THE HOST CLUB.
